I've noticed that inconsistent tone (formal one week, casual the next) breaks the trust-building your five moves depend on, even if each individual post nails the psychology. Do you find that voice consistency matters as much as the frameworks themselves, or can the moves work even with a shifting style?

I think A little range is good, but the personality should still be recognisable.
